 pital cities – details below.</p>\n<p>We invite affiliates and friends to 
 join the <strong><u>Melbourne rally on the steps of state Library\, 1pm. 2
 5 January.</u></strong></p>\n<p>IPAN affiliates and friends are encouraged
  to bring their organisations’ banners and placards to the rally.</p>\n<p>
